About RGC Construction

We are a small family owned business.

Georgette & Roger have both been in the construction industry since the 1990's. They both value family and hard work, having a combined family of (7) children and (9) grandchildren. They understand the value of a dollar, and know how to build quality projects without sacrificing the budget. After both building their careers with other contractors, they decided to start RGC together, as a small family owned GC.

Georgette is the licensed qualifier for the company. She has experience in every aspect of construction, from small residential renovations to large commercial ground-up projects. Her projects include government (federal, state & municipal), franchise builds/development, multi-family, single family, retail buildings, medical facilities, restaurants, and more. She also has heavy experience in estimating, contract negotiation, construction means and methods, and customer service. Roger is experienced in many types of construction. From hands on, to overseeing as a General Superintendent, he has worked as an iron worker, carpenter, shell contractor, senior & general superintendent on many projects. Most notable are full retail shopping plazas from ground up to complete interior finishes, and high-rise shells over 5 stories tall. He specializes in restaurants, TI’s, and Residential construction. He is the “get it done” guy!

Both Roger and Georgette take pride in their projects and strive to create ideal projects for their clients. They both feel transparency and communication are at the core of their business.
